Are you passionate about student development staff training and cultivating a thriving workplace culture where we prioritize our people The University of Floridas Department of Recreational Sports is seeking a Coordinator for Talent Management to support and enhance the student employment experience across our programs and facilities.
In this role you will:
- Support the Talent Management Unit in creating and sustaining a comprehensive developmental experience for over 800 student employees.
- Assist with the planning implementation and evaluation of staff training curriculums employee recognition events and engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate across all department units to establish and communicate clear procedures expectations and best practices for staff development.
- Maintain and manage administrative systems related to onboarding staff development training records and student employee inventory.
- Serve as a key connector between RecSports and internal/external partners to promote a positive and consistent employment experience.
- Uphold the vision and goals of the department by ensuring efficient effective and equitable systems that support staff success.
