Job Description

We are hiring a Dedicated Regional Sales Manager for our dedicated accounts who knows the trucking industry understands what keeps customers coming back and brings in new business with confidence. This is a high-impact role for someone who can lead with strategy build relationships that last and take ownership of national sales performance.

Location: Minneapolis MN (remote/hybrid)

Salary: Base starting at $95000 Commission Auto Allowance Cell Phone Allowance

Travel Requirement: Up to 70%

What does this job look like daily

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through structured prospecting networking and referrals.
  • Lead contract negotiations addressing customer concerns and close new deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers providing expert insights into dedicated fleet services and transportation management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Pricing Operations Marketing) to develop and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to retain and grow existing customer accounts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and transportation logistics to provide customers with innovative solutions.

What do you need to do this job

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Transportation or related field.
  • 3 years of successful sales experience in transportation specifically within dedicated fleet services.
  • Proven track record of identifying and closing new business deals in a competitive market.
  • Strong communication negotiation and decision-making skills
  • Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 70%
  • Experience launching or expanding our sales footprint
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

    About the Role

    The salary grade for this position ranges from $85764.30 - $125113.70 per annum. While offers will be based on experience and qualifications the targeted pay range for this role is $95000.00 - $105000 per annum and commensurate with experience.
