Location: Lisbon Portugal

Contract Type: Full-time Office-based

Working Hours: 40 hours per week rotational shifts (MondaySunday 07:0022:00 8 hours/day 1-hour lunch break)


We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Portugal included.


About the Role

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Lisbon providing high-quality support to customers using advanced medical devices for diabetes management.

As a first point of contact you will guide and assist customers via phone email and chat ensuring they feel confident and supported in using their medical devices. You will work closely with technical teams and internal departments to resolve inquiries quickly and effectively.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone email and chat for insulin pumps and related accessories
  • Offer clear accurate information on products and services
  • Assist with connectivity issues between medical devices and smartphone applications
  • Deliver empathetic customer-focused service at all times
  • Guide customers on effective use and maintenance of their devices
  • Record all interactions in the SAP CRM system accurately
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
  • Collaborate with 2nd Level Support and cross-functional departments
  • Manage complaints and product returns according to company procedures
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction


Requirements

  • Spanish: C2 level (native or equivalent)
  • English: B2 level or higher
  • Strong communication skills with an empathetic approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced solution-oriented environment
  • Previous customer service experience preferred especially in healthcare or technical support
  • Good IT skills and familiarity with CRM tools (SAP experience a plus)

  • Total Gross Cash: 1050.00


Without Company Apartment

  • Base Salary: 943.00
  • Christmas Allowance: 78.42
  • Holiday Allowance: 78.42
  • Meal Allowance (7/day): 154.00
  • Total Gross Cash: 1253.83
