About the Role
We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Lisbon providing high-quality support to customers using advanced medical devices for diabetes management.
As a first point of contact you will guide and assist customers via phone email and chat ensuring they feel confident and supported in using their medical devices. You will work closely with technical teams and internal departments to resolve inquiries quickly and effectively.
