The studies will be performed in preclinical models for influenza. The project will be led by PhD and group leader Ranveig Braathen at the Department of Immunology and Transfusion Medicine Oslo University Hospital. The successful candidate will work in a 10-member research team. The research group is part of a stimulating and international research environment of about 100 scientists working on various aspects of immunology.

The successful candidate will work on the development of DNA/mRNA vaccines in mouse models for influenza. The aim is to improve a vaccine format (APC-targeted vaccines) that has given promising results as cancer vaccines and influenza vaccines. The work involves:
