This position oversees around 3 to 5 Team Leaders and is responsible for ensuring all collection activities are carried out according to the SOP. It involves detailed monitoring and delivering strong results. This role reports to the Circle Lead.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage performance of Desk Collection and ensure billing according to SOP.
Develop strategies for collection to increase payment rates.
Brief coach and motivate the team from time to time to reach the target.
Negotiating the settlement of Tunaiku arrears.
Minimize all kinds of risks that arise as a result of the billing process.
Responsible for achieving the set targets.
Coordinate with related units both internally and externally in carrying out strategies and achieving targets.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree of any discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Collection Team Leader or Supervisor in the banking industry.
Strong leadership skills.
Strong experience in both Field and Desk collection.
Strong experience in managing a team.
Have experience making good decisions in a team.
Have good communication and negotiation skills.
Discipline and can work well both individual and team.
