Job Description
Were looking for a curious technically adept Analytics Engineer to join our growing data team and make an immediate impact across key finance functionsfrom FP&A and controlling to treasury. This role is tailor-made for someone who thrives at the intersection of data business and operationsand who finds satisfaction in automating the tedious and turning complexity into clarity.
You wont just build dashboardsyoull change how people work. Your mission will be to identify automation opportunities reduce operational overhead and help uncover actionable insights that drive revenue and reduce an environment where removing even 10 hours of manual work can be transformative your work will directly improve the daily lives of finance and operations professionals.
Your mission should you choose to accept it:
- Develop and maintain core data models in dbt that serve financial and operational use cases.
- Translate business logic and analyst workflows into performant reusable data models.
- Contribute to data design for reporting forecasting and anomaly detection.
- Ensure high standards in testing documentation and version control.
- Participate in team-wide initiatives to improve data quality CI/CD and observability.
- Collaborate with analysts data scientists and engineers to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Youll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:
- Strong experience (24 years) in analytics engineering or data modelling roles with hands-on expertise in dbt and modern data platforms (Databricks or similar).
- Proficiency in SQL and a solid understanding of data transformation best practices.
- Experience translating business requirements into clear tested data products.
- Exposure to Python and familiarity with CI/CD workflows and data testing tools.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team standards and shared goals.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
