Job Description
Job Summary:
To provide technical support during specification and implementation of Industry Software solutions predominantly within the Chemical Life Science and Oil & Gas industries though not limited to other types of processes. The engineer will be involved from initial client discussions through to commissioning of solutions.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Responsible for front-end development of web pages and mobile app pages
- Collaborate with back-end engineers to complete product page writing data interaction and dynamic information display with high quality and efficiency
- Use various web technologies such as HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript/ to develop product interfaces such as reportsor dashboards
- Agree with product managers and UI designers to research and improve user experience
- Carry out front-end development such as Web and mobile terminals and strive to improve user experience through technology
- Develop Industry Software solutions based upon a clients requirements
- Implement the implementation of the Industry Software solution and ensure that client expectations have been addressed
- Complete other job assigned by Lead engineer/Engineering Manager
- Ensures accurate completion of projects on schedule and within the allocated budget
- Support local sales/Market team to work closely with potential customers

For This Role You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree in computer software Automation or relevant major
- Minimum 3 years working experience of web pages development preferably some working experience with industry software. Should possess a good understanding of the Industry Software business in China.
- Familiar with Web ServiceAPIODBC interface technology
- Familiar with database technology SQL and NoSQL
- Be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English
- Self-motivated outgoing personality
- Occupational Health and safety savvy
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Have experience on Industry Software system development and implementation
- Be familiar with MongoDB will be a plus
- Have OPC knowledge and experience
- Experience in Aspen IP.21 / Data lake / Scheduling software will be a plus
