Were looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our Commercial Insurance this role youll manage the overall service and administration of client accounts. Youll work independently and collaboratively to support client needs coordinate with carriers and ensure timely accurate service. This is a client-facing role where youll use your knowledge of Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance to maintain and enhance long-term relationships while supporting client profitability. This position involves managing a complex book of business taking a lead role in retention efforts and contributing to broader departmental goals. This position offers flexibility with the option to work remotely; however we value inperson collaboration and require some onsite participation for training team building and strategic meetings. The team aims to meet in person at least once a week to maintain cohesion. Qualified candidates must be residents of VT NH MA or NY.

In this role you will:
Manage client accounts through the issuance and renewal cycle.
Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients carriers and internal teams.
Analyze coverage needs and recommend tailored solutions.
Prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy in a fastpaced environment.
Manage a complex book of business with a focus on retention.
Oversee billing invoicing and renewals.
Lead communication among clients producers and carriers.
Mentor team members and support departmental goals.
What Youll Need to Succeed:
High school diploma or equivalent; professional designations a plus.
Active Property & Casualty license with CE credits maintained.
3-5 years of commercial insurance experience.
Complex account management preferred.
Strong communication organization and relationshipbuilding skills.

$65000 - $85000 a year
Starting at $65000 depending on experience plus a $1000 signing bonus. The salary range provided is a good-faith estimate of the base pay for this position. Actual salary will be determined based on the candidates education experience knowledge and abilities.
