Our client specialises in importing and distributing chemicals and chemical products.
Job Responsibilities:
- Cooperating with Customer Service staff to receive delivery documents on time and in a complete manner.
- Operating route reports for transporters and ensuring deliveries are made on time.
- Coordinating with transporters to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
- Responding to all required documents properly and sending them to customers including delivery invoices tax invoices and related documents.
- Collecting customer tax invoices and returning them to the Collection Department on time.
- Creating and submitting a Monthly Delivery Report to the Accounting Department.
- Ensuring efficient delivery route settlements in alignment with customer requirements and safety standards.
- Managing stock receipt and issuance.
- Printing and delivering tax invoices to customers.
- Handling other responsibilities as assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in warehouse management and distribution preferably in the chemical business.
- Proficiency in operating computers and MS Office and familiarity with the SAP MM module.
- Strong interpersonal communication analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing subordinates in related fields.
- Knowledge and experience with GMP ISO 9001 ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Fair command of English.
- Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate maturity.
