As a Marketing Assistant you will be responsible for supporting our marketing initiatives handling social media accounts creating content and helping to maintain our brand presence. As a Recruiter you will engage in activities such as posting job ads screening resumes and coordinating interviews ensuring that we bring in the best candidates for our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
- Create engaging content for social media platforms and the company website
- Manage social media accounts and monitor performance metrics
- Support the recruiting process by posting job advertisements and screening candidate applications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with potential candidates
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and candidate evaluations
- Assist in organizing marketing and recruitment events
- Collaborate with team members to develop new marketing strategies
Requirements - Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant or in a similar role
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software/tools
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and content creation
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and creativity
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- A degree in Marketing Business Administration or a relevant field is preferred
