Position Title Technical Training Executive ATTC (Part of Hach Malaysia)
Job Location Selangor Malaysia
Overview:
Dynamic trainer dedicated to enhancing skills and knowledge through engaging interactive learning experiences.
Core Responsibilities:
Facilitation and Delivery: Deliver training sessions in various settingsclassroom on-site or online.
Design Training Curriculum: Develop training programs that align with organizational goals including course materials and lesson plans.
Engaging External Experts: Collaborate with outside experts to enhance training programs bringing fresh ideas and up-to-date knowledge to the sessions.
Marketing Skills and Promotion: Promote training programs through various channels to attract and retain clients.
Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work with different departments to ensure training aligns with business objectives and meets the specific needs of various teams.
Conduct Training Needs Assessment: Identify training gaps by working with managers and team leaders to understand departmental needs and tailor programs accordingly.
Knowledge check through assessment and evaluation at the end of training day.
Gathering Feedback from participants to evaluate training effectiveness.
Documentation and Reporting to maintain accurate training records attendance assessment results and etc.
Personal and Professional Development: Commit to continuous learning by staying updated on industry trends acquiring new certifications and participating in relevant training to enhance training quality
Ideal candidate:
Bachelors degree in chemistry or chemical engineering with 3 year of experience in instrumentation or working in water related industry.
Experience in delivering training sessions workshops or seminars is also required. Additional Professional Certification is advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Good marketing strategies and mindset to achieve revenue target.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Have good personality and interpersonal skills Passionate in delivering training Friendly demeanor and approachable Great teamwork and community building Adaptable and Knowledgeable.
