Our client is one of the worlds largest electronics manufacturers. They are now looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Account Leader-MT (Electronic Product).
Responsibilities:
- Driving the account performance through the retail operation.
- Monitoring and tracking performance on a weekly & monthly basis.
- Analyzing account strategies and proposing solutions.
- Analyzing market data and competitor activities and summarizing the report to BU for improvement.
- Supporting the market sensing report in S/O as per plan with accuracy.
- Ensure the team is performing and what kind of targets they need to reach.
- Providing coaching and mentoring to team for improvement.
- Analyzing manpower under the account that is responsible to meet expenses and income of the companys target.
- Regularly meeting with the client to understand needs and opportunities to improve performance.
Qualifications:
- Male & Female.
- Age not over 38 years old.
- 5-10 years experience in Electronic Product or related field.
- Analytical skill.
- Good English communication skills.
- Good working attitude.
