Conducting a reconciliation of Commercial Income and tracking recovery audits as a report to all related parties.
Maintaining the claims database to ensure its accuracy and compliance with set procedures.
Working closely with Buyers Finance Managers and Suppliers to expedite claim closures answer queries support with additional data requirements and expedite the resolution of all claims submitted.
Working and Coordinating with the Commercial income team for missing income collection process within the timeline.
Verifying data and calculating compensation with various promotion mechanics.
Preparing missing income Database Reports and Data Support as assigned.
Supporting Ad-hoc projects and Product Transformation Project(s).
Managing Resources Problems and Issues.
Handling other assigned tasks.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in any field Science or Engineering will be an advantage.
Relevant to accounting or auditing is a plus.
Good computer skills especially in MS Excel and MS Access.
