NIE invites applications for the position of Executive in the English Language and Literature (ELL) Department. This is a 28 weeks contract position.
Responsibilities:
You will provide administrative support to the department in the following areas:
- Providing support in the departments finance management (including processing of vendors invoices faculty and staff members claim forms and purchases made by the department and updating budget reports).
- Administering Student Feedback on Teaching (SFT).
- Assisting in the appointment processes of part-time lecturers.
- Assisting in the planning of supervisor allocation and processing of Teaching Practicum reports.
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- A Polytechnic Diploma.
- Relevant working experience in education institutions.
- Must have an eye for detail.
- Possess good communication and collaborative skills.
- Excellent organizational as well as project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Service-oriented individual with a pleasant personality coupled with a positive learning attitude.
- Finance management experience and knowledge of Ariba and SAP would be an added advantage.
