Architect
- Architect (BIM/AutoCAD)
- Dublin
- 45000 to 55000 per year
- Plus an excellent benefits package
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our clients dynamic design team based out of their offices in Dublin.
This is a key opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects across sectors including residential commercial and mixed-use developments.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in design development technical delivery and client engagement ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality sustainability and compliance.
Skills and Experience:
- Qualified as a Chartered Architect (RIBA/RIAS/RIAI) with registration to practice (ARB or RIAI) or working towards equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience across variety of project sizes with site experience.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Revit/BIM and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent technical knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methods technical standards regulatory frameworks as well as health and safety requirements.
- Strong design portfolio experience showcasing creativity problem-solving and delivery.
- Outstanding communication stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the development of concept planning and detailed design stages.
- Prepare and coordinate technical drawings specifications and design packages.
- Liaise with clients consultants contractors and statutory bodies to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations codes of practice and industry standards.
- Champion design innovation sustainability and best practice within the team.
