We are a market leader in the utilization of AI including LLMs and have even greater the Digital Incubation and AI team we work both as an internal AI consultant and development team and as a strategic team shaping our approach and architecture around generative AI. And this is where you come in.

As our AI Engineer you will collaborate with both your colleagues on the team and stakeholders across the company to scope develop and deploy leading AI solutions as well as help design and build the underlying AI infrastructure including working directly with AI models.

The team you will be part of - Digital Incubation and AI

As part of our Digital Data and IT (DDI) function of 200 employees we support the GN Group across the world delivering business critical applications and infrastructure.

As part of our inclusive and engaging team of AI developers digital product designers adoption specialists and others you will receive a warm welcome from all members.

Your contribution is appreciated and you will:

Your role will involve guiding the evolution of AI technologies through the selection tweaking and deployment of models as well as crafting the core architecture and platforms and developing solutions for end users.

Specifically your work will include but is not limited to the following assignments

• Scoping planning and development of AI solutions on various platforms.

• Documenting existing processes as well as the developed solutions.

• AI model development including data preprocessing feature engineering model training and evaluation.

• Participating and leading projects to scope develop and deploy value-driving solutions.

• Further iterating solutions once they reach production in a DevOps setup.

You will be challenged with the complexity of a truly global organization and in this context you will need to navigate across cultures functions and organizational levels.

You demonstrate accountability and are prepared to operate within a fluid work environment having experience with Agile practices or being open to acquiring that knowledge.

Moreover we imagine that you have:

• A higher educational background within Computer Science Engineering Data Science or a related field of study.

• Proficiency in relevant programming languages such as Python (prioritized) Java or C.

• Experience working with data and data libraries such as NumPy and pandas.

• Experience in designing and experimenting with algorithms and models for various use cases.

• Familiarity with Azure app Service - and applicants with familiarity with Azure DevOps and experience with both open-source models and frameworks are encouraged to apply.

• Fluency in written and spoken English since it is essential you can communicate effortlessly with your colleagues no matter where in the World they are. If you are fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages it is a benefit but this not a perquisite for the position.
