Job description:
Were looking for a tech-savvy self-driven Software Tester & Process Modeler with a pragmatic mindset and passion for quality. Youll join a team building a business-critical automation platform used by enterprise clients in banking maritime and manufacturing.
This is not a routine testing role - youll work hands-on with ARIS where business process models generate working software and design dynamic Word templates for automated document generation.
We value practical creativity and smart efficient problem-solving that brings real value to the team and product.

- Tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft tools and environments (e.g. Azure platforms MS Word MS SQL)

Essential Skills
- Solid foundation in software testing and QA practices
- Experience (or strong interest) in ARIS
- Confident working with Microsoft Word especially for dynamic templates
Nice to Have
- Exposure to process-heavy industries like banking maritime or manufacturing
What youll be doing:
- Design and model business processes in ARIS that are used to generate executable software components
- Plan and execute manual and exploratory and regression tests for complex workflows and system logic and data accuracy consistency and completeness
- Build and maintain Word templates for automated document generation
- Collaborate with developers customers and product owners to refine requirements
- Propose and maintain optimal user experiences based on the process models ensuring clarity usability and alignment with real-world workflows
- Troubleshoot and report defects with clarity and context
- Proactively identify opportunities for meaningful test automation across the testing pyramid and demonstrate willingness to take ownership of automation efforts including the use of AI agents.
