Job Description

Job Summary (List Format) Front-End QA Analyst

- Develop and execute manual functional tests for new or modified applications/systems with minimal supervision.
- Conduct end-to-end QA testing for complex integrations between Guidewire ClaimCenter and Litify platforms.
- Validate system workflows across both Guidewire and Litify platforms.
- Develop execute and maintain test cases for API integrations data synchronization and business logic validation.
- Collaborate with developers business analysts and integration teams to understand requirements and identify edge cases.
- Perform regression functional and system integration testing to ensure post-integration platform stability.
- Log track and verify defects ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
- Ensure compliance with business requirements security standards and quality benchmarks throughout the integration lifecycle.
- Prepare detailed test documentation including test plans test cases traceability matrices defect logs and summary reports.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide technical assistance to business users testing cross-system workflows.
- Recommend and implement QA process improvements including automation opportunities and improved test data management.
- Utilize domain knowledge in insurance (Guidewire) legal/CRM (Litify/Salesforce) and integration/middleware technologies.
- Leverage technical skills in API testing SQL/database validation and familiarity with QA automation frameworks (e.g. Selenium TestNG Postman).
- Apply understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall software delivery methodologies.
- Demonstrate strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Required Qualifications:
- 4 years of enterprise-level software testing experience including 2 years with quality assurance methodologies.
- High School Diploma/GED Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills in manual QA testing and basic automated QA testing.
- Knowledge of property & casualty insurance API testing tools and database concepts preferred.
