Position Summary:
Responsible to complete general maintenance and upkeep of the property guest rooms & public areas whilst focusing on painting related tasks
Support the Engineering and Maintenance team with general operational tasks
Handle general enquiries creating meaningful guest experiences that are tailored to the guests requirements
Actively conduct painting repairs to the building and equipment
About You:
Relevant experience in general maintenance property maintenance in hotels facilities residential or commercial.
