Commercial Painter
Pay: $20$22/hour
Location: Tulsa OK (Utica Square Area)
Shift: Monday Friday 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
Job Type: Temp (23 weeks)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Painter for immediate work on luxury homes ranging from 8000 to 19000 square feet in the Utica Square area. The Commercial Painter will handle both interior and exterior painting surface prep and finish work while ensuring professionalism and top-quality results in a high-end environment.
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven painting experience with roller brush prep and finish work
- Ability to pass a 5-panel drug screen
- Clean Oklahoma background check (multi-state if out-of-state in last 10 years)
- No felony convictions within 7 years
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to follow all site-specific rules and conduct protocols
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior painting of luxury homes
- Apply light coats of primer roller and brush work as needed
- Conduct surface prep (sanding scraping masking etc.)
- Ensure consistent high-quality finish work
- Maintain a clean organized and professional workspace
- Follow all on-site safety and conduct guidelines as a Commercial Painter
