Our client is a retail company that was established in 1989.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leading and mentoring a team of account managers providing guidance and support to ensure their success in managing and collaborating with internal teams.
- Providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to management highlighting key achievements challenges and recommendations for improvement.
- Analyzing costs pricing variable contributions sales results and the companys actual performance compared to business plans.
- Liaising with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances and maintaining internal controls.
- Providing and reviewing financial reports under IFRS and interpreting financial information for management the group FD and CFO while recommending further courses of action.
- Overseeing the operations of the finance department setting goals and objectives and designing a framework for these to be met.
- Corresponding with various other departments discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
Qualifications:
- 33-45 years old Thai only.
- A bachelors degree or higher in Accounting is required.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in full accounting functions including month-end and year-end closing from retail wholesale trading or related industries.
- Strong background and at least 2 years of experience in managing teams.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS.
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with direct reporting to a foreigner is an advantage.
- Holding a CPD license is required and CPA is preferred.
- Experience with SAP software is required.
- Ability to travel abroad.
- Able to work 5 days a week near BTS Siam.
