College Intern - Manufacturing Process Engineer

What a College Intern - Manufacturing Process Engineer does at HP:
- In this role the candidate will acquire industry knowledge in Final Assembly manufacturing and build technical competencies such as robust problem solving and data analysis.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to characterize processes drive process improvements and identify key opportunities to enhance line yield and operational efficiency.
- Participate in technical investigation and failure analysis for process related quality issues
- Support engineering team in developing automated data solutions including converting web-based data into structural excel formats to improve operational efficiency.
- Embrace a strong One-team culture create the resilient can-do attitude with the existing team.
Individuals who do well in this role at HP usually possess:
- Bachelor undergraduate in Engineering/Industrial Systems. Relevant experiences in SMART Manufacturing will be considered.
- Able to commit 5-6 months full-time internship starting in January 2026.
- Independent with ability to grasp new technologies and methodologies quickly.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving capability throughout university course work.
- Demonstrated strong technical competence and judgment.
- Effective communication skills.
