Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.
- Develop and implement safety policies procedures and guidelines.
- Provide safety training and orientation to employees and subcontractors.
- Investigate accidents incidents and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and assess workplace conditions to ensure compliance with safety requirements.
- Review and approve risk assessments and method statements.
- Collaborate with project teams to address safety concerns and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate safety records and reports.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Workplace Safety & Health or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in WSHO.
- Certifications in Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
