About the Role AlphaCredit Belgium is seeking a Temporary Leasing Officer to join the B2B Onboarding Leasing team. You will handle customer inquiries related to leasing/renting contracts (e.g. total loss cases document requests) and support back-office operations. Communication with clients will be through inbound calls and emails.
Responsibilities -
Handle inquiries from clients regarding leasing/renting contracts

Manage total loss cases and document requests

Support daily operational tasks in the back-office team

Communicate with clients via calls and emails

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth onboarding processes
