Work Mode: Hybrid (50% onsite 50% homeworking)

AlphaCredit Belgium is seeking a Temporary Leasing Officer to join the B2B Onboarding Leasing team. You will handle customer inquiries related to leasing/renting contracts (e.g. total loss cases document requests) and support back-office operations. Communication with clients will be through inbound calls and emails.
Responsibilities-
Handle inquiries from clients regarding leasing/renting contracts

Manage total loss cases and document requests

Support daily operational tasks in the back-office team

Communicate with clients via calls and emails

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth onboarding processes
Education:

Bachelors degree or equivalent by experience
Languages:

Dutch good written & spoken

French good written & spoken

English good written & spoken
Experience & Skills:

Knowledge of car leasing/renting

Strong communication skills & customer-oriented mindset

Problem-solving abilities

Team player eager to learn
Nice-to-have:

Experience with Miles or AS400 systems
