We are looking for an agile and result driven Local Client Manager to join our Sales Team in Manila Philippines.
As a Local Client Manager you will play a key role in driving strategic partnerships and unlocking new business opportunities with Global Key Clients. Combining strong account management with a proactive hunter approach to business development youll be responsible for identifying growth areas expanding our footprint and delivering impactful logistics solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your ability to maximize Maersks commercial outcomes through a powerful mix of consultative selling strategic relationship building and customer-centric execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Strategy and planning
Manage and develop the relationship with the sub-entity of the contractual customer in line with Maersk/global strategy
Develop local value proposition to be included on the global tender
Develop local business plan for increasing overall supply chain Share of Wallet and position Logistic & Services products
Grow local presence across products with the sub-entity of the customer through new opportunitiesalso through sub-suppliers.
Define the local value proposition and work closely with local product organization to grow and deliver revenue growth supporting the local product P&L
Customer Satisfaction
Support the overall customer experience and support global value proposition
Deliver client profitability
Ensure successful business onboarding and contract compliance
Customer Relationship
Position Maersk towards the local influencers of the global tender success and towards local decision makers on country relevant products
We are looking for:
Logistics and Supply chain expertise especially in Airfreight and/or Warehousing experience with ability to provide insightful and consultative selling across different solutions available in Maersk
Experience in the Technology/Engineering & Manufacturing industry is preferred
High-level product understanding including how it solves different customer pain-points
Strategic influencing
Negotiation skills/procurement tactics
Strategic partnering financial acumen matrix management value co-creator presentation skills
Proficiency in English and Tagalog is preferred
