Are you a tax specialist looking for exposure to complex deals within your practice Do you thrive in a flat-structured team where your growth will be fast-tracked

We have an exciting opportunity in our Auckland office for a talented senior associate with around six years PQE to join our top-tier tax team. Youll work directly alongside our highly respected tax partner Tony Wilkinson on some of the firms most significant and high-profile deals.

Our tax team is known for its close collaboration with our corporate and banking and finance teams tackling a wide spectrum of work - from M&A corporate restructurings financing and securitisations.

What matters to us

We value people who are passionate curious and innovative. To be successful in this role you will also ideally have:

at least six years PQE in a law or accounting firm (you must be admitted to the bar or able to be admitted); and
experience with corporate tax matters relating to transactions and/or international tax.
