CLIENT
Our client is a global energy efficiency solutions provider headquartered in France with a subsidiary in Singapore and Malaysia is looking for a Energy Automation Technical Expert to report to the Head of this role you will lead business development and sales efforts in the Asia-Pacific region. Your primary focus will be responsible deploying the companyssolution at customer sites.
RESPONSIBILITIES
More specifically in this role you may work on:
- Lead technical projects and operations to ensure the successful deployment of the companys solution at customer sites.
- Identify communication and control methods for equipment (HVAC and Refrigeration) at each site. Organize prepare and execute technical interventions including:
- Installing equipment (automation electrical box)
- Installing sensors and energy meters
- Establishing communication links between machines
- Troubleshooting existing installations
- Identify and master the materials required for various interventions.
- Develop and deploy automation and Building Management Systems (BMS) solutions (communication gateway supervision view etc.).
- Assess the technical feasibility of projects and define optimal interface solutions considering technical and economic contexts.
In term of collaboration you will work with the team to design install and commission projects aimed at reducing building energy costs for industrial and commercial customers in sectors such as agro-food and logistics.
IDEAL TALENT
- Strong understanding of automation and BMS in industrial and tertiary sectors.
- Familiarity with building systems and good knowledge of HVAC and/or refrigeration equipment.
- Ability to provide technical proposals.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to manage constraints and pressure to deliver high-quality work within deadlines and budget.
- Ability to work independently on-site.
- Effective communication with both technical experts and non-technical individuals.
- Passionate about energy conservation in buildings and excited to work on energy sobriety projects.
- Ability to work effectively with teams across various locations time zones and cultures.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Technical higher education with a proven track record in building automation industrial computing or BMS/SCADA systems.
- Strong foundation in electrical engineering low current electricity and energy measurement systems.
- Experience in performing technical operations on customer sites.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with communication protocols such as Modbus Bacnet and LON and programming industrial PLCs like Siemens Schneider and Wago.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in another language is highly desirable.
