Role Description
The Technical Advisor position is responsible for leading managing and delivering technical support to customers and Kongsberg Maritimes global support network. This includes providing technical support remote assistance creating technical documentation supporting upgrade designs and offering technical sales support on the following Kongsberg products:
Effectiveness in this role involves collaborating well with both customers and colleagues as good support if a team effort.
