Job Description
Ninja Van is a tech-enabled logistics company on a mission to provide hassle-free delivery services for businesses of all sizes across Southeast Asia. Launched in 2014 we started operations in Singapore and have become the regions largest and fastest growing last-mile logistics company partnering with over 35000 merchants and delivering more than 1000 parcels every minute across six countries.
Responsibilities
- Conduct data analysis to identify gaps in operational performance.
- Develop dashboards and analysis to support operations decision-making.
- Simulate data to improve logistics speed standards with operational cost become the key consideration.
- Lead strategic projects to reduce lead time with efficienct cost.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations.
- Monitor shipper performance to meet lead time targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 35 years of experience preferably from the express logistics / supply chain planning / logistics consulting company
- 3 years experience in Network Operation Design is a must
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Statistics or Economics from a top university.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Proficient in Python and Power BI.
- A data-driven mindset. Able to transform data into actionable insights.
- Able to working under pressure in limited time available
