Job Description

KITE Search are exclusively partnering with a world famous international luxury integrated resort & casino developer / operator who are globally renowned for their iconic design projects.

We are currently looking to talk to Vice President level Resident Architects who can oversee the supervision and co-ordination of construction works for this famous Macau integrated resort. The person in this key role will be an integral part of the project team at a critical phase of the development.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Architecture or relevant
  • Demonstrated experience on projects of significant size and scope
  • Registered Architect with at least 18 years of experience (7 years resident site experience) with hospitality projects in Asia
  • Responsibilities include supervision and co-ordination of construction works and project administration between internal and external parties
  • Membership of HKIA/RA or equivalent will be an advantage
  • Familiar with AutoCAD and BIM
  • Good communication skill in Chinese and English
