Description:

We are seeking an Affinity Business Process Analyst/Expert to lead and support the operational transformation of our business line within Affinity across the region. This role will be based in Warsaw Poland and will be a hybrid position.

We will count on you to:

  • Mapping all existing end-to-end processes across all departments and stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of current operations.

  • Reviewing contracts with clients and inter-company agreements to ensure compliance with roles and responsibilities.

  • Conducting analysis to identify pain points common issues and areas for improvement within current operations.

  • Re-engineering processes in collaboration with senior stakeholders to design and implement more efficient effective workflows.

  • Leading the execution of the new process model including change management and stakeholder engagement.

  • Establishing future technical needs and requirements for platform enhancements or new system implementations

What you need to have:

  • Proven experience in leading process transformation initiatives across multiple departments and regions.

  • Strong process mapping and re-engineering skills with the ability to visualize and document complex workflows.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels including senior leadership.

  • Analytical skills grounded in data and stakeholder insights with the ability to identify issues and propose data-driven solutions.

  • Experience managing stakeholders from various regions countries and cultures with a flexible and collaborative approach.

  • Proficiency in English (C1).
