Job Summary

Job Title	Exhibits Student Assistant
Salary	Classification Range $16.50 - $24.50 per hour Anticipated hiring range depending on qualifications not to exceed $17.00 per hour.

Work Schedule	M-F 8:00-5:00 15 hours per week - tbd
Job Summary	Assists the Exhibits Coordinator in installing and de-installing exhibits in the gallery terraces and other spaces in the library. This may include preparing the exhibit walls and pedestals and moving exhibit pieces as needed. Print and mount posters etc. for various library events. Helps with exhibit research and pulls books for displays. Also responsible for scanning files and keeping both digital and paper records of current and past exhibits.
Minimum Qualifications	Ability to learn and perform assigned work; follow oral instructions; work cooperatively with faculty staff and other students; communicate effectively with all levels; and read and write English at a level appropriate to the position. Must be able to hold confidentiality to a higher standard. Required Qualifications	Current student at CSUF and is enrolled/registered (fees paid) in a current regular semester as a new or continuing student. Student who has completed the prior semester (has not graduated) or who is registered for the subsequent semester. In good academic standing (not on academic probation continued probation academic dismissal). Student who is authorized to work in the United States and can provide employment eligibility documents.
