Our client is one of the leaders in the wholesale and retail business focused on growing its investments to meet the rising needs of people in urban areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with the CEO and Board to develop and execute the companys long-term financial strategy.
- Driving optimal capital structure and cost of capital to support business growth and expansion.
- Leading strategic initiatives including joint ventures capital structuring and investor engagement.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with investment banks institutional investors rating agencies and financial institutions.
- Overseeing all aspects of financial planning budgeting forecasting and performance analysis.
- Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with IFRS/GAAP and stock exchange regulations.
- Managing financial audits internal controls and enterprise risk management frameworks.
- Ensuring timely and transparent disclosures to stock exchanges and regulatory bodies (e.g. SEC).
- Leading fundraising activities across debt equity and hybrid instruments.
- Managing cash flow treasury operations and financial risk mitigation.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) CPA CFA MBA in Finance or a related field.
- Deep understanding of public market dynamics investor relations and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven track record in capital markets strategic finance and financial leadership.
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
