PRTR IT Recruitment is supporting our Taiwanese customer who specializes in managed services providing IT solutions cloud services cybersecurity and more.
Job Description:
- Providing consulting services to clients and managing client IT vendors.
- Designing infrastructure implementing and managing work projects.
- Configuring and troubleshooting local area networks (LAN) internet connections and wireless networks.
- Managing firewall management and VLAN management.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues on Windows or Linux servers and iOS/Android devices.
- Working with virtualization platforms (e.g. Microsoft Hyper-V VMware ESXi).
- Managing daily operations of Microsoft Office 365 Active Directory (AD) file servers wireless networks and other related tasks.
- Communicating effectively with clients to accurately understand and address their issues.
- Managing client IT infrastructure.
- Assisting with the execution of projects.
- Generating routine maintenance reports for clients.
- Reporting and updating cases in the internal ticket system.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of work experience in IT infrastructure infrastructure engineering or related fields.
- Good English skills (work with HQ in Taiwan); TOEIC 500 is highly preferred.
- Possessing strong problem analysis skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients accurately understanding and identifying client issues.
- Experience in leading or participating in projects is a plus for this role.
