Job Summary: Join STAFFVIRTUAL as a Lead Generation & Sales Support Specialist and help businesses give with purpose. Youll connect with companies interested in custom wine gifts qualify leads and support the sales team from first contact to follow-up. Ideal for someone organized motivated and eager to grow in B2B sales with a mission-driven Napa Valley brand.

Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential corporate gifting clients using LinkedIn web searches and other lead sources
- Reach out via email social media and other channels using provided scripts
- Qualify leads by understanding company size gifting needs and budget range
- Schedule calls and meetings between qualified leads and Corporate Sales Specialists
- Keep detailed records in Zoho Desk (CRM)
- Support post-sale follow-up by pulling tracking data through Shopify and sharing order updates
- Assist Inside Sales team during high-volume seasons (especially holidays)
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in lead generation customer service or inside sales preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho Desk preferred)
- Proficient with Gmail LinkedIn and ChatGPT; Asana and Shopify experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Comfortable reaching out via email and social media
