Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY
TO SUPERVISE MEPFS ACTIVITIES IN LAND DEVELOPMENT WORKS
DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTIONS
- Inspect daily execution of MEPFS if correctly done based on plan and specs.
- Reviews MEPFS plans and specs giving emphasis on pipe clashing and conflicts with other structures
- Conducts testing of MEPFS and documents results
- Prepare plans details specified and cost estimated of plumbing heating ventilating air conditioning and general piping system
- Analyze mechanical Electrical and Plumbing engineering problems and formulate solutions.
- Ability to interpret work from blueprints sketches control schematics wiring diagrams and sequence of operation interpretations.
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations whenever required.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned.
