Job Summary

JOB TITLE: Accountant

JOB DETAILS:

  • Prepare and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
  • Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts delivering insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with department managers to develop budgets forecasts and financial strategies.
  • Oversee inventory accounting for food beverage and retail operations including tracking reporting and conducting physical audits.
  • Optimize profitability through cost control measures waste analysis and improved efficiency.
  • Serve as a key financial resource ensuring clear communication and collaboration between accounting and operational teams.
  • Provide training and support to staff on financial systems inventory tools and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the implementation of policies and procedures to strengthen financial controls and operational efficiency.
  • Clear knowledge of cost accounting.

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
  • 35 years of accounting experience preferably in hospitality or retail industries.
  • Strong skills in financial reporting inventory management and cost control.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented professional with a collaborative mindset.

Salary
N250000 N300000 Monthly.
