Job Description
JOB TITLE: Accountant
JOB LOCATION:Ikeja Lagos
ADVERTISEMENT
JOB DETAILS:
- Prepare and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts delivering insights and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with department managers to develop budgets forecasts and financial strategies.
- Oversee inventory accounting for food beverage and retail operations including tracking reporting and conducting physical audits.
- Optimize profitability through cost control measures waste analysis and improved efficiency.
- Serve as a key financial resource ensuring clear communication and collaboration between accounting and operational teams.
- Provide training and support to staff on financial systems inventory tools and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support the implementation of policies and procedures to strengthen financial controls and operational efficiency.
- Clear knowledge of cost accounting.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- 35 years of accounting experience preferably in hospitality or retail industries.
- Strong skills in financial reporting inventory management and cost control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.
- A proactive and detail-oriented professional with a collaborative mindset.
Salary
N250000 N300000 Monthly.
