Job Description

Responsibility

Build up new way of working and finetune the process for the new business opportunity and solution in delivery.

Maximize synergies across by Maersk modal and TbM products to achieve seamless and superior service.

Lead and participate in the assigned growth project with internal stakeholders supporting to ensure the solution are comprehensive competitive and feasible for implementation in operations.

Strong ability to break down a solution and process to external suppliers.

Provide expertise of supplier service capability and process as consultant to internal stakeholders.

Lead the initiatives to drive digitization and improve the cost-efficiency in vendor management.

Accountable for

Expertise forinitiatives across by Maersk modal and TbM products to achieve seamless superior and cost-effective service.

Integrated solution process and supplier capability for the opportunity of business.

Consulted about

Inland growthprojections.

Development and implementation of new Inlandproduct offerings

Supplier relationship management

Local Inlandmarket insights

Keymetrics

Shared (with Area TbM Operations LT):

Area Scorecard (e.g. volume cost GP)

Customer satisfaction (NPS)

Standardization & CI metrics (developed with Regional CI & GPL)

Individual:

Vendor cost to serve versus budget

Vendor management KPI

Technical support for growth project

Key interdependencies

Internal Stakeholders:

Area TbM Operations

Procurement

Area L&S TbM Product

Inland Finance Business Partner

Area CX teams

External stakeholders:

Vendors

Regulatory and other authorities

Criticalcompetencies

Rich knowledge on LnS and vendor management

Experience in process and function performing through the end to end operation

Knowledge of logistics and service market

Entrepreneur mindset to quickly convert impacts to business opportunities

Cost conscious and optimization

Data analysis skill

Very organized proactive and dynamic;

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Proven project management skill

Fluent in written and spoken English
