Job Description

POSITION: Property Accountant II
IND1
COMPENSATION: Pursuant to state regulations if this job is performed in Wilmington NC the salary range is $65000 - $80000 including bonus potential. Eligible to participate in the company benefits plan. We offer health vision dental and pet insurance. SUMMARY

As a Property Accountant II you are primarily responsible for maintaining the overall integrity of financial records for a portfolio of real estate communities. On-going responsibilities include bookkeeping internal support with accounting related issues and month-end procedures. This position offers the opportunity to work with a growing company that encourages collaboration across several professional Teams in the areas of Accounting Finance Marketing Design Development and Project Management.

The Team Member must be able to push pull lift carry or maneuver office products and supplies of up to twenty (20) pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
