Job Summary
The Director of Access and Neurodiverse Student Success provides strategic leadership management and operation of the Access and Neurodiverse Student Services Center ensuring an accessible academic and campus environment where neurodiverse and students with disabilities can thrive. The Director provides strategic and operational leadership in the development implementation and oversight of disability-related accommodations and support services in compliance with federal state and institutional policies. The Director also advances programs and activities which anticipate the needs of students and provides services which allow Rensselaer to reach its retention and graduation goals.

Expected hiring range: $68000 - $72272
