Job Description
The job of Paraprofessional is done for the purpose/s of assisting in the supervisioncare and instruction of students in the classroom; acting as a resource forstudents; assisting in implementing plans for instruction; monitoring student behavior during non-classroom time and providing information to appropriate school personnel.
This position reports to the Principal
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED and one of the following:
- Associates Degree
- 48 college credit hours
- Passing score on ParaPro Assessment
Criminal Justice Fingerprint/Background Clearance
Kansas Certification of Health
