Key Responsibilities:
- Successfully launching the first loyalty program within the BKK/East region as planned.
- Achieving monthly active customer targets ahead of schedule.
- Launching image recognition technology to drive shelf compliance across over 80K racks nationwide.
- Improving user experience for analytical capabilities by introducing commercial analytics.
- Upgrading NewPage V8 for Thailand and Vietnam with integration into the EDW and analytic cockpit.
- Collaborating closely with BU Commercial Global/Sector SE and IT to identify align and successfully deliver effective and relevant KPIs.
- Providing regular progress updates in the BU Digital Council.
- Embedding business agendas and requirements refining use cases into the product backlog and leading sprint planning for all Omni-channel solutions and platforms.
Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in IT.
- Experience in supporting the business is preferred.
- Knowledge of the PACE system.
- Good command of English and Thai.
- Service-minded attitude.
