OCINetwork Availability is looking for a senior managerto leadaNetworking Engineering teamresponsible fordriving operational excellence withinthe OCIphysical to the nature of the space this role is afull-service opportunity where duties cover the breadth ofworking day to day withnetwork engineersto build and sustain services and toolingwhile also working with our partnerteamsto make it easy for them to manage the OCI network.
- This role is open to Singaporeans and PRs only.
- This role will involve the successful applicant working on government projects which may require security clearance being obtained and maintained as a condition of employment.
- 5 years of experience in large scale physical network support
- 3 years of experience in an engineering and operations management role
- Experience in a technical leadership and management role
- Experience driving hiring onboarding new engineers and ongoing performance management
- Excellent organizational verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent judgment to influence product roadmap direction features and priorities
- Prior experience with large scale cloud networking operations

In this role you will:
- Attract develop & manage a team of highly skilled Network engineers
- Define and developroadmapsto deliver operational efficiencies
- Establish & report on a body of metrics that defineserviceavailability
- Solve difficult problems in distributed systems infrastructure and highly available services
- Collaborate with Network Engineering Network Automation Network Monitoring and theOperations Engineering organizationsto deliver a highly availableserviceto our customers
- Participate in on call rotationfor managers
