JOB TITLE: Operations Officer
JOB LOCATION:Ikeja Lagos
JOB DETAILS:
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day operational activities including logistics supply chain management and administrative tasks.
- Develop implement and review operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency effectiveness and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Analyze and improve operational processes identifying areas for cost savings productivity improvements and enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional support to the management team including preparing reports analyzing data and making recommendations for operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements industry standards and organizational policies.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners suppliers and stakeholders
- Manage and coordinate special projects and initiatives as required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by senior staff.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree ()/Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations management preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of success in managing and improving operational processes.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
