Job Description
Job Title: IAM Senior Business Analyst
Work Location: Fort Mill SC 29715 (Day one Onsite)
Duration: Long Term
Prefer independent consultants with IAM certification and experience working as Business Analysts
Must Have:
- 8 Years overall experience
- 5 years experience as a Business Analyst implementing enterprise Identity Management Access Management and security solutions
- 2 years direct experience working with Scrum/Kanban teams in an Agile environment
- Experience and understanding of PAM and IAM concepts and best practices.
- familiarity with IAM services and products
- understanding of Enterprise Change Management processes
- experience with SOX requirements for access governance and experience utilizing Jira and Confluence.

The primary responsibility:
- this position is to capture and document the Identity & Access Management (IAM) requirements working with Access Management IAM Governance Business Owner and Application Owner and multiple other stakeholders.
- The role will work closely with IAM Architects Scrum Masters Application developers and vendors to capture requirements design build configure test and implement IAM solutions that meet the business needs of the enterprise and are aligned and consistent with enterprise IT strategies and plans.
- Primary Responsibilities include participating in requirement gathering of an IAM technical vision working with the Product owner and the team to create tactical focus analyzing and documenting functional & nonfunctional requirements for various IAM domains such as Access Management Identity Life cycle Management Reporting and analytics.
- The role requires attending and collaborating in all team ceremonies creating IAM governance collaterals such as policies procedures standards and guidelines Role types and User Access Reviews and having a good grasp of operational regulatory and other risks related to Access and Identity Lifecycle Services.
