Deine zuknftige Rolle
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Vertriebsteam zusammen und gemeinsam betreut ihr unsere Kund*innen mit Liebe zum Detail
- Du bist fr unsere operativen Prozesse (Angebotslegung Freigabe etc.) zustndig
- Du pflegst die Daten im CRM-System und sorgst fr deren Aktualitt
- Du bernimmst administrative Ttigkeiten wie z.B. Reports und Auswertungen
- Du sorgst in deiner Position fr die Einhaltung unserer Firmen- Richtlinien
- Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zu anderen Abteilungen
- Du untersttzt mit deinen Anstzen die stndige Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse
Das bringt dich in die Pole Position
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmnnische Ausbildung mit Matura (HAK HLW ) oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmnnische Lehre
- Du hast bereits Berufserfahrung gesammelt; Erfahrung im Bereich Leasing und/oder im Fahrzeugbereich ist von Vorteil
- Du hast ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist versiert in den MS Office Programmen
- Du bist kommunikativ und handelst kund*innen- und serviceorientiert
- Du hast eine selbststndige genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Fr diese Position bieten wir ein Mindest-gehalt von 2.500- brutto pro Monat je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung mit Bereitschaft zur berzahlung.
