Job Description
As aTender Manager you are responsible for coordinating and managing the entire tender process within our organization with a specific focus on theControls Fire & Securitybusiness lines in theBenelux region. You play a key role in successfully responding to (inter)national tenders and proposal requests. You work closely with sales legal finance and operational teams to deliver winning submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end tender process across the Benelux region.
- Focus on tenders related to Controls Fire & Security solutions.
- Analyze tender documents and translate them into a clear bid strategy.
- Draft and edit high-quality customer-focused and distinctive proposals.
- Monitor deadlines ensure quality and maintain compliance throughout the process.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather input and required documentation.
- Identify risks and ensure legal and financial requirements are met.
- Evaluate completed tenders and implement improvements for future submissions.
Profile:
- Bachelors or Masters degree level of thinking and working.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with tenders in technical or security-related domains is a plus.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written); French is a plus.
- Proactive results-driven and able to perform under pressure.
