To perform Net Promoter Analyst (NPA) Analysis
Assisting with 2nd Caller Survey.
Support NPA reporting support NPA / First Choice continuous improvement projects Training coordination support ICCC Broadcast Basic analysis etc.
Continuous improvement mindset andcreative thinking.

YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor Degree student
Final year student
Minimum CGPA 3.00 and above
Internship duration minimum 3 - 6 months
