Job Summary

Tasks:

Key-in Inbound shipping data into Inbound Tracking System.
Issue Collection Advice to Collect sample item from Standard and Industrial Research Institute of Malaysia (SIRIM)
File Customs Consolidate Statement documents
Provide Consolidate Statement and Invoice copy to Business Unit (GB) upon request.

Projects:

Update Harmonized System Code of new Stock-Keeping Unit into Tariff code file
Communicate with Malaysia Royal Custom department for duty
Drawback claim

Qualifications :

Candidate that is pursuing a Bachelor in Logistics/ Supply Chain.
Preferable 6 months of internship compulsory commitment.
Required language(s): Fluent command in English Bahasa Malaysia.
Required skill(s): Intermediate Excel Skills
Joining date: January 2026
