Are you passionate about data analytics and transforming insights into strategic action Quadient is seeking a Business Intelligence & Data Analyst E-Commerce to join our growing E-Commerce this role you will be a key player in analyzing e-commerce performance generating actionable insights and influencing strategic decision-making across global digital sales channels.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to assess and optimize online campaigns track sales and customer behavior and drive continuous performance improvements. Your analytical mindset and business skills will be essential to support Quadients data-driven growth strategy.
Your role in our future:
Conduct in-depth analysis of e-commerce campaigns digital sales performance and customer behavior.
Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate key insights.
Identify trends monitor KPIs and deliver regular performance updates to stakeholders.
Support A/B testing and optimization initiatives to enhance the user journey.
Collaborate with e-commerce marketing and data teams to align data strategies with business goals.
Recommend improvements based on insights gathered from platforms such as Google Analytics and CRM systems.
Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate best practices into our analytics processes.
Your profile:
Proven experience in digital marketing e-commerce or business intelligence roles.
Proficient in data analytics tools and digital marketing platforms (e.g. Google Analytics SEO tools CRMs).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear and actionable business recommendations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify Magento WooCommerce) is a plus.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS customer journey mapping and UX principles is a bonus.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
